Luke is 12 yrs old now and started wakeboarding when he was around 6 and rode just for fun before competing in his first Groms Comp in 2017 and then his first Nationals in 2018 after been helped out a lot by boarding with Anthony East behind their boat. Luke has competed in most North Islands and all Nationals since.
A highlight for him was landing his first back roll when he was 10 yrs old.
He also has represented NZ in tournament waterskiing competing in the Under 14 Aus Kiwi competition last year.
