The 2016 Crowe Horwath 18th Wakeboard Nationals will be held at Piarere Waterski Club, Hora Hora Domain, Cambridge on Friday 1 April 2016 and Saturday 2nd April 2016.

Entries for this event close Friday 5pm 25 March 2016, there will be no late entries accepted this year. Please ensure you get your entries in on time to avoid disapointment. Please Note,, WNZ is providing NFL Wake NZ Tank Tops this year at the Nationals as the Nationals T-Shirt this year, with the ability to have your name printed on the back. The close off date for these is 5pm Wednesday 9 March 2016, so get your entries in early to get one of these awesome tops with your name on!

Please remember you also need to be a paid up member of WNZ to compete at this event. This can be done through the NZ Waterski Association Website. Entry forms for this event can be found on our website.

This competition will start with rider registration at 8am Friday morning with briefing at 8.30am and the first riders on the water at 9am.

AGM – This will be held on Thursday 31 March 2016 at Piarere Waterski Club at 7.30 pm. We would love to see all members at the AGM. If you have any items you would like raised at the AGM please send these through to the secretary Michelle Malcolm prior to 15 March 2016. There will be no drinking of alcohol at this meeting. Dinner – there will be a dinner at the end of the competition on the Saturday night at Piarere Waterski Club prior to the prize giving, tickets will be for sale on the Friday and Saturday at the official WNZ Tent. Eftpos will be available. The cost will be $30 per Adult and $20 per child (12 and under) BYO Drinks.

Camping – there will be camping available at Piarere Waterski Club, the cost for this will be $10 per person per night. Please contact Fay Haakma for booking your camp sites. Fay.home@xtra.co.nz. Site numbers are limited.

Prize Money – Prize Money for this years Crowe Horwath 2016 Nationals will be as follows: Mens Open will be 1st Place $500, 2nd Place $300 and 3rd Place $150. Prize Money for the Womens Open will be 1st Place $500, 2nd Place $300 and 3rd Place $150. Please note to ride in the Mens or Womens Open you must be able to do at least one invert and one rotation. There will be a mixed womens division if you are unable to meet these requirements.

LCQ – Should we require an LCQ for any division this will be held at the end of the day on the Friday. The only division which won’t have an LCQ will be the Groms division they will all go through.
