2024 Junior Wake Fest

A brand new Wake NZ event for 2024! This is the comp where everyone gets to have a go!
Divisions for the Junior Wake Fest are as follows:
- Rookie Girls
- Rookie Boys
- Intermediate Girls
- Intermediate Boys
- Advanced Girls
- Advanced Boys
- Open (Junior Pro)
Divisions explained:
- Rookie: Surface tricks and 1 wake jumps
- Intermediate: Rookie tricks + wake to wake and up to 180s
- Advanced – All the above and basic inverts / spins
- Open – open
To complete in Rookie, Intermediate or Advanced, you must be 18 or under as at 31 December 2024
To complete in Open, you must be 21 or under as at 31 December 2024.

Here’s what you need to know in order to enter a Wake NZ competition:
- You need to first sign up as a member of Wake NZ for the current season (runs from 1 Oct to 30 Sept). You can choose a One Comp membership if you’re a new competitor and only plan to ride in one event this season, or select Full Membership if you plan to ride in one or more events.
